We are super fine; on the final days of our cycle venture.

Now in Santiago, Panama.

The major part of this trip has been our involvement with the Charity PLAN. I wasn't ever a big fan of large international charities, or rather I had my reservations about the effectiveness of them. But because we have had so much direct contact with the children and communities involved with PLAN, from employees to teenagers to community leaders and volunteers, I can honestly say I've been hugely impressed and glad to know that we are trying to raise money for people who so want to make life work in a positive and productive way. + I know we are constantly bombarded with requests for help from various charities. Don't let that put you off from responding to this one. The truth is we constantly need to be helping each other, not just from time to time.
